So the Wal-Marts in my area have been slow to get the Cars endcap that is being found everywhere. This week all I have been able to find are endcaps with Banshee on them.

This morning I stopped by a Wal-Mart I had been to only 3 days ago. 3 days ago, all they had was the endcap with Banshee. This morning on the same endcap, I made a strange find there. In addition to all the Banshees, I found 4 or 5 oversized Lightyear blimps, 1 WOC Lizzie, 1 WOC Brand New Mater and a few other WOC Cars that have been out for a while, like Cactus McQueen.

This is strange because there's no way they could sell out of all those Cars in less than 3 days, inlcuding Lightning Storm McQueen, Barney Stormin, Sally Cone, Spin Out Lightning McQueen and Dexter Hoover, not to mention recently released Cars like Roman Dunes and Axle Accelerator.

So what's going on here? If they received the endcap, why did they only put out so few Cars? I have no idea. My only guess is that it's possible they could be selling them all to employees or other collectors with whom they have some kind of arrangement. I admit that is a conspiracy theory, but it's the only other explanation I can come up with. I will keep returning to that store and see if they put anymore out, and that's all I can do. Time will tell.

Then I remember there are other stores, and I'm sure I will find them all eventually. That's what always happens. I just have to be patient.
